Matt Walsh Joins Stratis Consulting as Associate Partner

Stratis Consulting, Ireland’s expert, partner-led, consultancy in strategic employment relations has announced that Matt Walsh has joined Stratis as Associate Partner.

Matt Walsh is an experienced HR professional who has held senior HR positions in multi-national, semi-state and NGO organisations. He has worked in pharmaceutical, engineering, soft drinks, technology and aid and humanitarian sectors. Most recently, Matt was Executive Director of HR in AbbVie. He previously held senior HR positions in Pfizer, Xerox, TEAM Aer Lingus, and Coca-Cola.

Matt focuses on developing HR strategies that deliver organisational performance and has a particular interest in the role of organisational culture, employee relations and communications, staff development, retention, succession planning, talent management, and leadership development. He has extensive experience in organisational change, start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, in union and non-union organisations.
