Louise Murphy Appointed Managing Director of Stratis Learning & Development

Stratis Consulting, Ireland’s expert, partner-led, consultancy specialising in strategic employment relations, has announced the appointment of Louise Murphy, former Human Resources (HR) Lead at MSD, as Managing Director of Stratis Learning & Development. Stratis knows that People Leaders are at the core of effective and productive workplace relationships and therefore, our learning focuses on partnering with organisations to design and deliver highly practical and insightful learning experiences that are rooted in the organisation’s policy framework and best Employment Relations (ER) practice.

Louise joined Stratis initially as Head of Learning & Development in 2022 and within a relatively short time has established Stratis as a key provider of learning and development programmes in Employment Relations.

Louise has a special interest in working with companies on their people leadership capability and optimising front-line leader performance through programmes that build engagement, authentic relationships, trust, competency and accountability. Partnering with business leaders Louise has designed and delivered bespoke training programmes for front line managers to senior leaders for a range of organisations that ensure their specific key business needs and challenges are met.
