Projects include major re-structuring, rationalisation, mergers and acquisitions. We can support the due diligence process through to planning, dealing with business transfer issues and implementing new organisation structures and HR policies.

  • Workplace Problem Solving and Dispute Resolution - We advise organisations on the optimum resolution of individual and collective workplace problems and disputes. We have an intimate understanding of the State third party system and the design and use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes where appropriate.
