David Horgan joins Stratis Consulting as Associate Partner

Stratis Consulting is pleased to announce that David Horgan has joined the Stratis team as Associate Partner.

David is a senior HR leader with a successful track record at both strategic and tactical level, with a pragmatic, business-oriented perspective. He has extensive experience of the development and implementation of significant organisational and cultural change strategies to deliver organisational goals. David has an established track record of successful Employee Relations leadership and change management in complex unionised environments and has significant experience of third-party dispute resolution practice. As a supportive and challenging coach to leadership teams, he also possesses a strong capability in deploying HR and cultural levers to drive performance.

Most recently, David was HR Manager with the Institute of Technology, Carlow and previously had a 15 year career in HR in Transdev, a French-based international public transport company. During that time he worked in a variety of HR roles within Transdev's Dublin LUAS light rail operation until 2017 when he was appointed as HR Director for Transdev UK and Ireland where he was responsible for over 2,500 employees across various geographical locations in bus and light rail operations. David also served as a Board Member for a number of Transdev Companies across the Group.

David is a native of Carlow and is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and of the UCD Smurfit School of Business where he earned an MBS (Master of Business Studies) in HRM.
