Paul O’Brien joins Stratis Consulting as Associate Partner
Stratis Consulting is pleased to announce that Paul O’Brien has joined the Stratis team as Associate Partner.
Paul is a highly experienced Employee Relations, Change Management and Organisational Development Specialist with over 30 years senior management experience in the Manufacturing, Service, Construction and Energy sectors. Paul has also significant experience in the semi-state sector delivering change programmes in his most recent role as Head of Organisation Transformation in Bord na Móna during the company’s major ‘Brown to Green’ transition and restructuring programme.
Paul’s proven ability to manage challenging Industrial Relations issues and lead on high level organisation development programmes arises from his strong business acumen and background in operations management with the Smurfit Kappa Group, as a Senior IR/HR Executive with Ibec, Chief Executive Officer of the Construction Industry Monitoring Agency. In his most recent role in Bord na Móna, Paul has successfully implemented several workplace initiatives, including the establishment of Internal Resolution Tribunals, as part of progressive ER strategies and to enable improved engagement levels.
Paul has a range of third level qualifications in Operations Management (HR), Strategic Human Resource Management, Employment Law and is a Certified Mediator.
