Karl McDonagh joins Stratis Consulting as Associate Partner

Stratis Consulting is pleased to announce that Karl McDonagh has joined the Stratis team as Associate Partner.

Karl most recently led his own successful consultancy business and was previously the Employee Relations and Change Director with Diageo Ireland with responsibility for driving organisational, cultural and employee relations strategies for the Diageo businesses throughout Ireland.

Karl has extensive experience and a successful track record in delivering organisational change projects and re-structuring in complex employee relations environments. He is a leadership coach and change management mentor, supporting leaders through change. He has a strong reputation for providing pragmatic support, advice and facilitation.

Karl is a Board Member of Skillnet Ireland and of the Sophia Housing Association. He has a Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching from Smurfit UCD and is member of the Mediator’s Institute of Ireland.
