Over the coming weeks we’ll share some insights to help you learn more about Stratis Consulting, who we are and what we do. First up we take a closer look at the support services we offer and our approach.
A Partner-Led Approach
Formed by Liam Doherty, Brendan McCarthy and Brendan McGinty Stratis Consulting is an expert, partner-led consultancy comprising the most experienced and innovative ER/IR practitioners in Ireland.
Each partner has am minimum of 30 years’ experience in supporting, guiding and advising employers on strategic ER projects, with a focus on implementation solutions that work.
Stratis Consulting operates at Leadership Team, Chief Executive and Board level to support organisations who are navigating the Covid-19 uncertainty, who wish to capitalise on new opportunities through recovery, and who want to lead improvements in people strategy and engagement across their organisations.
Our partner-led approach ensures you are assigned a dedicated Partner, from our leadership team, who will be your primary contact. They will work with, and advise you, in developing an ER/IR model that is aligned to your specific business needs, your employee engagement objectives and to support the resolution of any individual and collective ER/IR issues that arise.
Our Support Service
While our focus is on developing a pro-active ER strategy, our support service includes preparations for engagements with Trade Union(s), the provision of background advice and support or up front representation at local level, before the WRC and/or The Labour Court as may be required.

As you would expect, we observe strict protocols on client confidentiality and our team works closely with in house legal counsel, external legal or other professional advisors as required.

We aim to make a real difference through our partner-led, practical advice to organisations in leading people strategies from their development through to implementation.
