He is formerly the CEO of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation in the UK and HR Director of of the Royal Mail and a FTSE 100 business. He is an entrepreneur, an advisor and Non-Executive Director to several Technology or Professional services businesses.

• RAY GAMMELL – Senior Strategic Advisor to the Group CEO of Etihad Aviation Group. Ray was previously Chief People and Performance Officer and served as Interim Group CEO of Etihad Aviation Group. He previously held senior HR leadership roles with the Intel Corporation and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
